Overview
Jasara was established as a joint venture between Aramco, Jacobs, and the Public Investment Fund with an ambition to be the premier Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. The JV Agreement was signed at the Arab Islamic American Summit in May 2017.
تأسست شركة جسارة كمشروع ناشئ مشترك بين كل من شركة أرامكو السعودية و شركة جاكوبس وصندوق الاستثمارات العامة بهدف أن تكون الشركة الرائدة في إدارة برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط. وقد وُقعت اتفاقية هذا المشروع المشترك بحضور خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز والرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب على هامش القمة العربية الأمريكية الإسلامية في مايو2017
