Vendor registration
Local Supplier
For local suppliers or vendors, the following documents are required for working with the Jasara PMC.
- Filling out the registration form – Sign and Stamp
- Commercial registration (CR).
- Chamber of commerce’s membership certificate.
- Zakat and income certificate.
- VAT registration certificate.
- Social Insurance Certificate.
- Saudization Certificate (Tawteen).
- Bank certificate that states Account number, IBAN number, and company name.
- Non Disclouser Agrement – NDA
- Supplier Code of Conduct – COC
- Company Profile
Other requirements for a supplier within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Certification from Local Content & Government Procurement Authority.
- Municipal classification certificate “Balady” from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing “MOMRAH”.
- A license for engineering consulting offices from the Saudi Council of Engineers “SCE”.
- Liecense from Minitry of Information / others.
- Comprehensive company insurance is required as per KSA regulations.
- Submit the company’s organizational structure chart showing the existence of a health and safety department stamped by the company’s authorized person (required for the contractor).
- Attach the highest value of contracts or completion certificates executed during the previous 3 years from each field of work, showing the project name and value.
- Financial requirements for a supplier within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Attach financial statements audited by a chartered accountant for the last three years.
International Supplier
For External/Foreign suppliers or vendors, the following documents are required for working with the Jasara PMC.
- Filling out the registration form – Sign and Stamp
- Commercial registration (CR).
- Bank certificate including Account number, IBAN number and company name.
- Non Disclouser Agrement – NDA
- Supplier Code of Conduct – COC)
- Company Profile
Other requirements for a supplier outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Attach the highest value of contracts or completion certificates executed during the previous 3 years from each field of work, showing the name of the project and its value.
- Financial requirements for a supplier outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Attach financial statements audited by a chartered accountant for the last three years.
